Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

4. Electronic Invoicing

In accordance with digital tax regulations, a formal VAT-compliant electronic invoice (e-invoice) will be automatically generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately upon payment confirmation. This document serves as your official proof of purchase and tax contribution.

Shipping Coverage

We currently only deliver to physical addresses within Lagos, Nigeria. Interstate (outside Lagos) and International shipping are not supported at this time. We are working on expanding our reach to other states and countries soon.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery within Lagos is complimentary (Free). All eligible orders will be dispatched via local courier and are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email. Since deliveries are managed locally in Lagos, our delivery partner will contact you directly via phone or SMS to coordinate final drop-off.
